What a mess. Tristan Thompson is trying his hardest to keep things peaceably in his life, apparently. But…umm…kinda too late bro? Anyway, this week the NBA player is trending since his third child is on the way….and not with his long time on again off again girlfriend and baby momma, Khloe.
Her name is Maralee Nichols, and she is not here for play play. She took the Sacramento Kings ballplayer to court for financial assistance for their son. However,on Tuesday according to TMZ, Thompson requested an emergency gag order be implemented in Harris County, TX for the paternity case; essentially asking the judge to put a muzzle on the mouth of Nichols.

But the way the gag order works is that both parties are silenced, not just her. To add, the 6 foot Canadian highlighted instances where the case has been dragged out on social media. Documents submitted to TMZ showed Tristan’s claims that Maralee participated in interviews with the media, disclosing personal data and taking to IG to spread what he claims as ‘lies’ about him and his family. On December 3, Nichols gave birth to a baby boy, whom has Tristan’s last name, by the way.

That situation, in particular, was very traumatic and embarrassing for Khloe since she assumed her boyfriend was being faithful at the time. So it’s ironic that now, she’s planning to add to her and Tristan’s family. Fans thought she was done done with Tristan after fathering a new baby with someone else (Nichols).
But apparently not. Because here we are. “We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family,” the representative for Kardashian said.

Which is before the cheating scandal occurred. Yahoo reports: “Kardashian is not back together with the NBA player and they communicate about co-parenting matters, the insider adds.”
Tristan Thompson can now hopefully move forward with his three children and heal. After much drama in the courtoom, Maralaee Nichols came forth with the receipts that Tristan is the father of their son. He posted to his Twitter account Monday.
“Today paternity test results reveal that I gathered a child with Maralee Nichols”, the Canadian gigolo wrote.
“I will take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son”.

He then goes on to say, “Khloe you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry”.

Khloe Posted A Few Messages Of Her Own
Amid all of the obvious emotional drama; the Kardashian sister posted some cryptic messages of her own recently.
Of course people lit her up in the comment section for not ‘seeing’ the error of her boyfriend’s ways sooner. Nonetheless, we all have our own crosses to bear. One woman’s drama is another woman’s karma. So now both women must move forward in raising their blended families, people around the world do it everyday. It’s not so uncommon. Wishing them the best. It’s always off court….recently a judge presiding over his messy paternity lawsuit has dismissed Tristan’s case filed in Texas, according to Us Weekly. And Maralee Nichols ( his baby mother) has had enough of her name being dragged through the mud on social media. So she’s speaking out and defending herself. “I am providing this statement because I feel I must defend my character,” she said in the statement.She claims she was never a fitness trainer; instead she is a fitness model. She claims everyone has had it ‘all wrong’ about her.
Tristan’s Lawsuit Was Dropped By The Judge
As if the situation couldn’t get any messier…on Wednesday, December 15, both Thompson and Nichols appeared before a judge after Tristan retaliated against Nichols in July; suing her for undisclosed property she allegedly owned. The nerve! right??
A close source stated “Regardless of whether any act of conception occurred in Texas that could have led to the conception of the child, they [allegedly] had a lengthy relationship spanning multiple states,” the source told Us about Wednesday’s hearing. “The child was born in California, the mother resides there and so does Tristan. It would make sense the judge would dismiss this given the facts and the California lawsuit filed prior to the Texas one.”
Maralee Nichols Finally Speaks Up For Herself
On December 1, Nichols gave birth to her and Tristan’s (alleged) son. But Tristan claims he wants nothing to do with the baby and has offered a flat fee of $75K to leave him alone. Her response was: “Instead of focusing on any negativity, I am choosing to embrace being a mother and doing the best I can for my son,” Nichols said in her statement. “I do not want any further media attention, nor do I want a romantic relationship with Tristan.”

Tristan Thompson claims their relationship was strictly sexual lasting for about four months. Additoinally, he says they never went on any dates, they would just meet up at various hotels for sex and that was it. However, in a statement to E! News on Friday, she disputes that claim saying she met the NBA star at his Houston home during a party in 2020. Aside, it was revealed that he used an alias name on Snapchat to have conversations with Nichols. Additionally, claiming that when she met the Sacramento Kings ball player he told Nichols he ‘was single and co-parenting’.
Adding, “I would never have gotten involved with Tristan if I thought he was in a relationship”. She goes on to say that he told her he wasn’t having sexual relations with anyone else. She said their relationship was more than casual sex, and they never had any “arrangements” as Tristan claimed. “Tristan and I communicated daily and talked on the phone. We would see each other several times a month”, she told Daily Mail.

During which time was around his birthday, whole time he was in a commited relationship with Khloe Kardashian. Notably, she praised her (then) man on social media, along with a picture of her, their daughter True, and Tristan; happily stating,

An inside source told US News, “This is a very sad time for Khloé,” the source explained in December 2021. “She really loves Tristan and still held a candle for him. She thought he might have changed his ways.”
