8th Grade Girl Arrested and Charged as Adult After Orchestrating a Murder

Thankfully, the gun jammed all three times the trigger pulled. But the girl who set up the mayhem is now being charged as an adult. She’s being held without bail in a juvenile detention center. According to WUSA9, the 14 year old eighth grader is charged with “arranging an attack on a Prince George’s County school bus.”

The incident took place in Oxon Hill Maryland on May 1 when three masked teen boys Bum rushed the bus, pushing past the driver to shoot another student in the head.

“This was an attempted murder, plain and simple. Call it what it is,” said Martin Diggs, head of the bus drivers’ union.

Further, Diggs describes a ruthless attack.

“They pulled the trigger three times. But for some reason, by the grace of God; the gun didn’t go off. And bullets flew out of the gun,” Diggs said.

Now A 14 Year Old Girl is Being Charged for Orchestrating The Attempted Murder

Undoubtedly, the girls mom begged the judge to give her home detention. But her request was not granted at this time.

“We are outraged as a district. Horrified that this incident did occur,” said Charoscar Coleman, Associate Superintendent of P G County Public Schools. Our priority remains providing a safe and orderly environment for our students. That is during school and also to/from school.
