The Akilah and the Bee Actress Made an Announcement on SNL
Palmer and her boyfriend Darius Jackson are super stoked to be co-parenting. The actress and comedian hosted “Saturday Night Live” this weekend, and during her opening monologue, revealed she is pregnant with her first child.
“I got to say, though, it is bad when people on the internet spread rumors about you, but it’s even worse when they’re correct,” she added with a laugh. “I was trying so hard to keep it on the down low because I got a lot of stuff going on. People kept coming up to me, ‘Congratulations!’ I’m like, ‘Shhh, can y’all stop? I got a liquor sponsorship on the line! Once the check clears, we can get to the damn baby shower!”

She continued:
“I gotta say, though, it is bad when people on the internet spread rumors about you y’all, but it’s even worse when they’re correct. I mean, like, I was trying so hard to keep it on the down low, cause I got a lot of stuff going on, you know?” she continued. “… But honestly this has been the biggest blessing, and I am so excited. Guys, I’m going to be a mom.”

We’ve grown up with Keke as she started off as a childhood actress. She began her acting career on a Nickelodeon show called True Jackson, VP in 2008. This show was the catalyst for making Palmer the fourth highest paid child star when she brought in her first 20k. So it’s amazing to see this young lady growing up and glowing up. Congrats dear!
