Tory Lanez has been ordered to put on the clank clank. Well we’ve finally come to a hiatus regarding drama surrounding the alleged shooting of Meg Thee Stallion. The five-foot Canadian rapper is now on house arrest. A judge ordered Lanez on Wednesday to be placed on electronic monitoring in his home by Friday as he awaits trial scheduled for Monday, Nov. 28 on the shooting allegation charges that took place in Hollywood Hills two years ago.
Meanwhile, the rapper has pleaded not guilty to the assault and weapons charges. Despite what he allegedly did to rapper Meg Thee Stallion, the house arrest actually stems from violating his bail when he assaulted August Alsina in Chicago last month.
To add, Tory Lanez bail has been increased multiple times stemming from a surprise visit to the Rolling Loud festival where Meg Thee Stallion performed. The conditions of the probation at the time was that he stay away from Meg. And clearly he didn’t because he ended up at the festival where she physically was. Even so, he took to his Instagram and mentioned her name, violating yet another aspect of the agreement.
