Tiffany Haddish has broken her silence since being accused of grooming minors for lewd sexual acts during a skit in 2014.
In an Instagram post, Haddish wrote on Monday” I know people have a bunch of questions. I get it. I’m right there with you. Unfortunately, because there is an ongoing legal case, there’s very little that I can say right now.”
She continues, “But, clearly, while this sketch was intended to be comedic, it wasn’t funny at all- and I deeply regret having agreed to act in it. I really look forward to being able to share a lot more about this situation as soon as I can.”
Earlier this year, in January Tiffany Haddish was spotted in someone’s yard drunk behind the wheel of a vehicle asleep. The actress has obviously been battling some heavy issues.
Meanwhile, more details have surfaced from the 2014 incident. John Doe said in a statement that Spears and Haddish gave him a drink that made him sleepy and “happy face candy.” Additionally, the actress and actor also paid the children $100; according to John Doe.
Haddish and Spears are being sued for intentional infliction of emotional distress, gross negligence, sexual battery; sexual harrassment and sexual abuse of a minor. Moreover, Haddish is also being sued for negligence/supervision/failure to warn, breach of fiduciary duty and constructive fraud.
