Fans are scratching their heads as they’re hearing a different story from the one given initially by Meg Thee Stallion. The story involves the summer night the “Cry Baby” hitmaker said she was allegedly shot in the foot; accusing Tory Lanez of pulling the trigger.
As we reported previously, the Texas rapper was allegedly shot in the foot in July 2020; while out with her (then) best friend and Tory Lanez. Allegedly, an argument ensued between Meg and Lanez, who at the time, were dating. Regardless, the story started to take a different turn in the eye of the public this week. Rumor is that there was glass in Meg’s foot instead of a bullet.
“Y’all want Megan to be a liar so bad,” tweeted blogger KenBarbie.
During that time though, Lanez violated the protective order which included even mentioning Meg’s name. And that, he did; on social media. Furthermore Shawn Holley, the attorney for Lanez, countered that he didn’t share any parts of the discovery process with DJ Akademiks. We all know rapper turned blogger DJ Akademiks is always voicing his strong opinion on social meia. She’s referring to when Adademiks said that “Tory Lanez DNA was not found on the weapon in the Meg Thee Stallion case” on Twitter.
“What’s going around is the initial police report. NOT a medical report. It’s BEEN said she told police she stepped on glass initially; that’s not new. It wasn’t until later the doctor confirmed she had bullet fragments in her foot.”

It should be noted that Lanez has allegedly monetarily bribed Meg by apologizing and asking her not to go public. However, the story is still developing. And currently Lanez is sentenced to house arrest after violating Meg’s order of protection.
