A flight the “19 Kids And Counting” reality star was on reported to have “double engine failure.” Moreover, the report revealed that Duggar wasn’t alone on the aircraft. There were two other anonymous passengers riding along with Duggar. Thankfully no injuries were reported; despite “substantial” damage to the plane. Ironically, though the plane landed in front of Duggar’s Bible-based rehab center.
“An emergency landing or any kind of plane crash is a scary thing, but it’s exactly what pilots are trained for. We are so thankful for God’s protection, as we all walked away without injuries when this happened last October,” John and Abbie said in a statement via Celebuzz. “We so appreciate the love and care so many have expressed toward us!”celebuzz
However, the Humphrey County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee only confirmed that a “family” was involved in the crash; leading to speculation that the two passengers were John David’s wife, Abbie, and their daughter, Grace, 12 months. The National Transportation Safety Board is currently investigating the incident.
