Ohio police released disturbing body camera footage on Sunday, revealing eight officers having a mass shootout on the 25 year old Black motorist as he ran off. The police claim they tried to comply with Walker when they pulled him over and he ran off the first time.

Why Was Walker Pulled Over In The First Place
Walker was pulled over on unspecified traffic violations. Police said officers “reported a firearm being discharged from the suspect vehicle” during the chase on early Monday morning.
