TMZ spoke to Britney’s attorney, Matthew Rosengart and he stated that he was pleased with the outcome of the case. He said the judge hit him with a felony stalking charge in addition to enforcing a three year restraining order in which Alexander cannot contact or bother the singer in any way.

E! News reached out to Jason for comment and hasn’t heard back. He does not have an attorney on record.
