Church in Orange County Led To One Person Killed And Five Others Injured Sunday
Thankfully, the suspect is in custody after deputies received a call about a shooting at Geneva Presbyterian Church in Laguna Woods area in California. According to AP News, the Orange County Sheriff’s department tweeted that a shooting was reported around 1:30 p.m. from the church.
Laguna Woods was built as a senior living community and later became a city. More than 80 per cent of residents in the city of 18,000 people about 80 kilometers southeast of Los Angeles are at least 65.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s office said on Twitter that he was closely monitoring the situation.
