Kim Kardashian is not playing about getting back to being single again. New court documents show the SKIMS founder has entered into a new request for her divorce from Kanye West on Wednesday.
And the paperwork says that if Kanye West should try to intervene this time, he ‘should be rejected’, according to TMZ. The reality star says that Kanye’s social media rants have sent her back to the courts to cut complete ties with her estranged husband. She filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court late Wednesday saying Kanye West; in his own recent filing; began adding conditions to the divorce that would mean changing the couples’ prenuptial agreement.
Additionally, the rapper is seeking protection for himself even though he’s the one that’s made threats on social media toward Pete Davidson; his wife’s new boyfriend.
“I very much desire to be divorced,” a new filing in their divorce case; obtained by CNN on Thursday, states. “I have asked Kanye to keep our divorce private; but he has not done so. Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private family matters and co-parenting on social media; which has created emotional distress.”
