The Jane Doe suing Trey Songz for $20 million is now saying; although she did have a consentual sexual relationship with the ‘Heart Attack’ singer; he forced himself on her at a party in 2016; after telling him no. She says medical docs show tears in the anus; and she may have to possibly get surgery for tissue repair. Ouch.
Trey’s Brother Speaks Up
Forrest Neverson, known as Ruski; had some things to say about the allegations against his brother:
“Y’all have all these wild misconceptions that he has all thee rape allegations when he doesn’t,” he wrote on his Instagram story. “All the ones you’ve been seeing are from the SAME LAWYER. How on earth is that not coincidental to y’all??!”
For now, Trey Songz is denying all allegations adamantly. “The allegations in this complaint are false. Trey looks forward to having the facts fully aired,” a rep for Songz told TMZ in a statement about the $20 million lawsuit. “Earlier today; the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey.
As we reported previously; the BET Award winning artist has been accused in the past of forcing himself sexually on women. Along with a good friend at one time; Keke Palmer, accuses Songz of using her in a video she didn’t give him permission for; all while singing about sexual fantasies around the actress. However, this more recent allegation is about the fifth one alleging sexual misconduct. Earlier Tuesday, Songz’s lawyers filed a motion to dismiss a separate lawsuit involving Jauhara Jeffries, a woman who accused Songz of assaulting her at a Miami nightclub on New Year’s Day in 2018. Hopefully Trey can sort through all of this, learn from his mistakes and change for the better.
