23 Year Old Woman Found Dead In Her Alexandria Aprtment

ALEXANDRIA, VA-Thank God for neighbors. The woman was discovered by a neighbor.

“It was disturbing because I do have an 8-year-old and her just not understanding what was going on and trying to explain it,” the anonymous neighbor said.

Officers made the discovery at approximately 2:40 p.m. and ruled the cause of death to be a homicide.

The victim’s name is being withheld at the family’s request.
