After this, the former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star filed for spousal support from the ‘Faithfully’ singer. He checked the box that says “spousal or domestic partner support payable,” and another box that requests to “terminate the court’s ability to award support to [Evans].”

Essentially, asking the judge to not allow her to do the same to him; in early December; then Faith asked a judge to deny his request, while requesting to retain all the assets that she acquired before and during the marriage. There’s no amount attached to Stevie J’s request, but if the judge grants it, Faith would pay him a monthly fee.

Meanwhile, Stevie J’s attorney Kimia Klein of Fox Rothschild LLP; allegedly filed paperwork to drop him as a client. Claiming irreconcilable differences; she claims her law office was unable to assist their client further.
