Live Nation and Travis Scott are being hit with another lawsuit. Things seem to get more and more out of hand as the Astroworld story continues to explicate. Currently, the lawsuit is coming from 9 year old, Ezra Blount. As now the youngest victim, he’s allegedly sustained revolting injuries, after Drake and Travis Scott allegedly cohersed the crowd to ‘death’. Thankfully, as the youngest victim, he is alive to tell it. However, he’s in a coma fighting for his life.
The Negligence Of Live Nation
According to TMZ, the lawsuit was filed by civil rights attorney Ben Crump. “Ezra was suddenly forced to watch in terror as several concertgoers were injured and killed during the crowd surge”. Adding, “Ezra was kicked, stepped on and trampled as people around him were lifting up unconscious bodies of friends and strangers and surged them over the top of the crowd, hoping to send them to safety”. Thus, stating the responsibility lies on Travis, Live Nation and other entities. Namely, concert promoters are the main culprits for the tragedies that took place Friday.
Current Conditions For Ezra Blount
Sadly, Ezra remains in a medically induced coma, on life support after trauma injuries to his liver, kidney and brain. Crump says there was not enough security for the mass crowd, thus “egregiously failing in their duty to protect the health, safety and lives” of all concertgoers.
