An Astroworld festival left 8 people dead Friday night. Even more peculiar, a security guard reported that he felt a needle prick on his neck while securing Travis Scott’s Astroworld concert. A sizable group of the 50,000 in attendance pushed toward the stage at NRG Park as a timer clicked down to start the performance before the chaotic scene began to ignite.
The Antidote hitmaker did show genuine remorse for what took place at the festival. Both he and Kylie Jenner are heartbroken and say they weren’t aware of what was tking place around them. And she’s currently pregnant with baby number 2. So that could have gone a different way.

However, Houston’s PD Chief confirmed that at least one person present was injected with a needle. Although fans were literally dying right under his nose, Travis seemed oblivious to his surroundings; while he just kept on performing and smiling. People reported they heard a girl screaming for help.
What Kind Of Druggies Is Astroworld Attracting
History seems to keep repeating itself in Astroworld. The Grammy nominated performer seems to have a paper trail of mishaps that occur at his concerts. Back in 2019, three people were hospitalized with leg injuries after a stampede at the festival. Additionally, in 2017, Travis was charged with inciting a riot, disorderly conduct, and endangering the a minor’s safety after a show in Arkansas. Sadly, during another show that same year at Lollapalooza, a fan named Kyle Green reportedly came back paralyzed, after he was allegedly thrown over the security barricades. There seems to be an obsession with the barricades, because, not to mention, in 2015, he pled guilty for reckless behavior after allegedly encouraging fans to climb over the security barricades. So, for some reason, his shows encourage violence. Strange, right?
The Youngest Person That Died Is 14 Year Old John Hilgert.
Sadly, the high school freshman’s school, located in Texas, released a statement confirming his death.
“Our hearts go out to the student’s family and to his friends and our staff at Memoral. This is a terrible loss, and the entire MHS family is grieving today. Please keep the students family in your thoughts and prayers as they face this tragedy. We will make counselors available to students next week to offer any help and support needed”, Spring Branch ISD stated.

And no more than 24 hours after the eggregious crime took place, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner released the ages of seven out of the eight victims; two being teenagers. The ages,according to khou channel 11, are: 14, 16, 21, 21,23,23, and 27.
