Pride always comes before the fall. And it looks a U.S. Capitol rioter was the true brunt of that sentiment after she was sentenced Thursday to two months in jail. The suburban real estate agent boasted about not getting any jail time due to her blonde hair,blue eyes, and ‘good job’ but it seems she tried to cash a check her mouth couldn’t cash.
While some rioters were sentenced for the same misdemeanor conviction, they have received only probation or home confinement. However, prosecutors sought incarceration for Jennifer Leigh Ryan of Frisco, Texas.
The Texas woman was sentenced mainly for what they described as a lack of honesty and remorse for her actions. On January 6, rioters stormed the capitol attempting to overturn Trump’s election turnout. He lost, get over it right? But nope some whiny humans decided to that destroying the Capitol would get them the results they were so desperately trying to achieve. But one rioter with cancer was released from prison due to inhumane conditions. Lucky him….I guess.
