R. Kelly has become increasingly popular since he’s been in and out of court fighting racketeering charges. His streams increased up to 500 percent last month following his conviction of several sex crimes. Nonetheless, his musical talent is undeniably matched. And fans have a hard time drawing that fine line of integrity.

Kelly’s music is still being streamed by fans globally. So much so that his streams have surpassed his 2017 streaming numbers which were averaging 5.4 million. Until recently, the numbers hit 6.4 million.
However, it’s not uncommon for this to happen in this industry, immediately following controversy. Namely, Michael Jackson, Lizzo, Cardi B and a host of others.
