This weekend was the funeral of Gabby Petito. A young woman who went mysteriously missing after being on travels with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend was Brian Laundrie, a You Tuber who was journaling road trips. The name of the show was called “Van Life” and he would bring Gabby along with him on his adentures.
They’d recently went on a weekend trip and with it being a short, weekend trip, it was weird that he came back home without her. But his parents never reported it and neither did they say a word when he left the home and never returned. And neither has Gabby.
Brian has been missing since last Friday, September 17 and authorities are currently searching for him near a preserve where he and Gabby last toured. Ater his parents led the authorities to the Carlton Reserve, a nature preserve Brian frequented, many began to speculate about whether the avid hiker would be equipped to live in the depths of the 25,000-acre woods for weeks on end. So, Brian is still missing and being searched for. Seems like he’s on the run currently.
As far as Gabby, her family wants to remember their daughter in a positive light. In her honor, as they grieve, they’ve created the “Prayers for Gabby Bracelet”.
