41 year Kobe Bryant has been confirmed as dead as a passenger in a California helicopter crash Sunday morning.
There were at least four other people involved in the crash. They were all traveling in his private helicopter ride over Calabases when a fire broke out.
Emergency personnel responded but no one made it out alive, unfortunately. Five people are confirmed dead, according to TMZ.

Bryant is survived by Vanessa, 37 and their four children. Since the beginning of his basketball career, Kobe Bryant has been deemed as one of the most successful players in the NBA, having played all seasons with the L.A. Lakers.
