Mollie Fitzgerald, who played Stark Girl and worked as an assistant to the director in the hit Marvel film, Captain America: The First Avenger has been charged with second degree assault after police say she stabbed her mother, Patricia ‘Tee’ Fitzgerald, 68.

The 38year old actor, producer, and directors mom was found dead in her home in Olathe, Kansas on December 20, 2019. Fitzgerald was arrested after being identified as a suspect later that week. She’s being held at Johnson County Jail in a $500,000 bond.
