In case you’ve been living under a rock the past few weeks; I’ll update you on the fact that Wendy Williams had Nick Cannon host her show in her absence for 3 weeks.
Initially, she said it was due to her battling complications from Graves disease. However Tuesday, the daytime hit talk show host admits to currently residing in a sober house due to drug addiction.
In an emotional delivery today; she told fans and the media that she struggled with cocaine addiction in the past and hadn’t received the help she needed.
She further explained, “After I finished my appointments; I am driven by my 24- hour sober coach back to the home that I live in here in the tri-state with a bunch of smelly boys who have become my family”, Wendy explained.
Wendy Williams Reveals Her Truth
“They hog the TV and watch soccer; we talk and read and talk and read and then I get bored with them. Doors are locked by 10 p.m. So I go to my room, and I stare at the ceiling and I fall asleep to wake up and come back here to see you. So that is my truth”.
